Why a mobile app

Closer to your customers than their closest friends.

The smartphone is the one thing people keep within arm’s reach all day. A website can only visit it. An app lives on it, and, with the user’s permission, can use the phone’s own features to serve them better.

That makes a mobile app the most direct line to your audience.

Why Flutter

One team. One language. Every platform.

Your customers use different phones, and each runs a different operating system: Android on a Samsung, iOS on an iPhone. Building a native app for each one usually means hiring a separate developer for each. Flutter is our official tech stack because it removes that duplication.

The traditional way

A different hire for every platform

  • Product engineerUser flows & diagrams
  • Product designerUI/UX
  • iOS / macOS developerSwift or Objective-C
  • Android developerKotlin or Java
  • Windows developerC# / .NET
  • Higher cost
  • Longer timeline
  • Harder to manage

What you get

A complete app ecosystem, not just an app.

An app is only the part your customers see. We build everything behind it too, so your product works on day one and keeps working as you grow.

  • Customer app

What your users download from Google Play and the App Store.

  • Partner or staff app

When needed: for vendors, riders, agents, teachers or field staff.

  • Admin dashboard

Your control room in any browser: users, content, orders, payments, reports.

  • Backend & integrations

Secure servers, database, Paystack or Flutterwave, SMS and your CRM.

Built for Nigerian realities

  • Paystack & Flutterwave
  • Bank transfer, USSD & cash
  • Low-data mode
  • WhatsApp support links
  • Budget Android phones

Building a startup?

Start with an MVP. Grow on proof.

A minimum viable product is the smallest version of your app that real users can download and pay for. It’s the fastest way to test your idea and the strongest thing to show investors.

  1. PHASE 1 · MVP

    Your core feature

The one job your app must do well, live on the store and in real hands. Often in about 4 weeks.

  2. PHASE 2 · GROW

    What users ask for

Add the next feature with real usage data behind the decision.

  3. PHASE 3 · SCALE

    New markets

More cities, more users, deeper integrations and a stronger backend.

Investors fund focus. Prove demand in one market, then expand with numbers to back it. We can also design your brand and investor pitch deck.

Before you publish

What you need to publish a mobile app

Every app on Google Play and the App Store is published from a developer account. The type of account decides whose name appears as the publisher: yours or your company's.

  • Individual account

The app is published in your personal name. You verify your identity with a government-issued ID. In most cases an International Passport will do.

  • Organisation account

The app is published in your company's name. You verify yourself and your company, using a D-U-N-S number: a global business ID from Dun & Bradstreet.

Questions

Mobile app development FAQs

How much does it cost to build an app in Nigeria?

A focused Android MVP starts from about ₦350,000; Android and iPhone from ₦750,000; multi-app platforms such as marketplaces from ₦1.75M. Use our estimator for an itemised figure.

How long does it take to build a mobile app?

A startup MVP often reaches the stores in about 4 weeks. Full platforms take 10–16 weeks. You get a precise timeline after discovery.

Do I need a registered company to publish an app?

No. An individual account publishes in your own name with a valid ID. To publish in your company's name, you need an organisation account and a D-U-N-S number.

How do I get a D-U-N-S number in Nigeria?

You apply with your CAC registration documents and wait for approval, usually 7–30 days or more. We prepare the application and can fast-track it.

Should I build for Android or iPhone first?

About 8 in 10 Nigerian phones run Android, so it's the cheapest place to start. With Flutter, adding iPhone later doesn't mean rebuilding.

Why Flutter instead of separate native apps?

One team writes one codebase for every platform, so you pay for one build, launch faster and manage one project instead of three.

Can you build an MVP for my startup?

Yes. Most of our clients start with an idea. We handle discovery, design, build and launch, and can create your brand and pitch deck too.

Will I own the source code?

Yes. Full source code, designs and store accounts are yours. Nothing is held back.
