Strengthening Digital Ministry & Global Reach for Sure Word Assembly
How iLLuSys rebuilt Sure Word Assembly's website, launched a weekly sermon podcast, and has managed the church's digital presence since 2020.
Sure Word Assembly is a Bible-teaching church based in Lagos, Nigeria, committed to transforming lives through the power of God's Word — under the pastoral leadership of Dr. Dennis Inyang and Pastor Aity Dennis.
As the church continued to grow, there was a clear need for a modern digital platform to support ministry communication, sermon distribution, and online engagement. In 2020, Sure Word Assembly engaged iLLuSys to rebuild its website and take responsibility for managing its digital presence.
iLLuSys delivered a rebuilt website, launched a consistent weekly sermon podcast distributed across major audio platforms, and has managed the church's online presence continuously since 2020 — extending the ministry's reach beyond physical services to a global audience.

Understanding how members and visitors interact with church websites
Our discovery phase focused on understanding the church's mission, audience, and content flow. We examined how members and first-time visitors interact with church websites — what they look for, how sermons are consumed digitally, and how faith-based organizations maintain clarity and reverence online.
A key insight was that the website needed to serve two functions simultaneously: an information hub for the local church community and a content distribution platform that extends the reach of weekly teachings beyond physical services. Podcast integration was identified as the most scalable mechanism for achieving global reach — consistent, permanent, and accessible on every device and platform where listeners already spend time.
