Our discovery phase focused on understanding the church’s mission, audience, and content flow. We examined how members and first-time visitors interact with church websites, how sermons are consumed digitally, and how faith-based organizations can maintain clarity and reverence online. A key insight was that the website needed to serve as both an information hub for the local church community and a content distribution platform that extends the reach of weekly teachings beyond physical services.
