We worked closely with the school's leadership and admin team to understand their real operational bottlenecks and expectations from a digital system. We mapped the full school journey — from how parents discover the school online, through admissions, fee payment, academic tracking, and day-to-day communication — and documented where the manual processes were creating the most friction.
A key insight was that the biggest pain points were not visibility-facing, but operational: admin staff were spending disproportionate time on data entry, reconciliation, and manual communication. The right school management system would free up that time while simultaneously giving parents the transparency they expected from a modern school.
